domestic - 5-7 days international - 3-5 weeks
PLEASE be aware of these delivery times before messaging me about the whereabouts of your mail.
- please choose "untracked" for flat mail ONLY and "tracked" for non-flat mail. Orders who have chosen the wrong options will be cancelled.
- @bunnybujoshop offers both untracked and tracked mail.
- orders under 30AUD will not be replaced.
- photos listed might look different from the physical item due to editing or lighting.
- the color might vary from the physical item.
- make sure you have double checked your address as after a 2 week period refunds will not be given.
Processing time
All orders will be shipped within 5-9 business days. Please note that personal issues may lead to delays.

This website is for non - UK and EU buyers. Please purchase from my etsy.
I am not responsible for any taxes or VAT once your products are in your country.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods caused during transit if you picked untracked mail. NO refunds will be given, if your order is lost during shipping process if you did not choose to track the package. However, I will replace the mail if it a problem on my end.
